SBI Holdings, AXA Japan to set up life insurance jv (Antara News)

SBI Holdings Inc. (TSE:8473) and the Axa Japan Holding Co. said they will increase by Y5 billion ($US44.82 million) the capitalization of a company tasked with preparations for the establishment of their life insurance joint venture. The payment date is scheduled for Dec. 21.
